The English rain.

So, the UK weather warnings are out in force again. This time advising on how to save water, given that areas of the country are officially experiencing a drought.

There’s the usual dose of mild panic, with drought summits due to take place to address the problem.

For a nation which ought to be used to expecting anything and everything where the weather is concerned, there’s an awful lot of news coverage detailing the latest conditions.

No doubt the warnings will be short lived.

And in a few week’s time, we’ll all be seeing and hearing about the latest round of summer flooding.
